Booking & Delivery

Booking requests, confirmation, pickup and drop-off.

You can submit a delivery request through the Book a Delivery form on our website. Provide your contact details, pickup and drop-off information, and the requested delivery details.
No. Submitting the form sends a booking request to KeriGo for review. A request is not considered confirmed until KeriGo has reviewed the details and communicated confirmation with the customer.
After you submit a booking you get a reference number such as FG-7K3Q9. Open the Track page and enter the reference with the last 4 digits of the mobile number you booked with.
Accurate pickup and drop-off information helps KeriGo review the delivery route and coordinate the request with the appropriate rider.
A delivery request may involve another sender or recipient as long as accurate contact, pickup, drop-off, and delivery information is provided and the request is eligible for KeriGo service.
KeriGo will use the contact information provided with the booking request to communicate regarding confirmation, additional information, or other necessary delivery details.
Contact KeriGo as soon as possible if you need to change information in a submitted request. Whether a change can be accommodated may depend on the status of the delivery and the nature of the requested change.

A pabili request is a service where an eligible item is purchased or picked up on behalf of the customer and then delivered to the requested destination, subject to KeriGo's confirmation and operating procedures.
No. Delivery requests are subject to review. KeriGo may decline items or requests that are prohibited, unsafe, illegal, impractical to transport, outside service capabilities, or otherwise unsuitable for delivery.
Pharmacy pickup requests may be considered depending on the item and applicable requirements. Some medicines or products may require additional documentation, authorization, or may not be eligible for delivery.
Delivery time can vary depending on pickup preparation, distance, traffic, weather, rider availability, merchant waiting time, and other circumstances affecting the request. KeriGo does not guarantee a specific delivery time unless expressly confirmed for a particular request.
Cash on delivery and GCash. The delivery fee and the cost of any purchased items (for pabili) are separate unless we tell you otherwise for your booking.

What to do when something changes with a delivery request.

Contact KeriGo as soon as possible. The handling of a cancellation may depend on the current status of the request, including whether a rider has already been assigned, traveled to the pickup location, or collected the item.
Notify KeriGo or coordinate through the applicable delivery communication channel. Extended waiting or significant changes to the original request may affect whether the delivery can proceed as originally arranged.
